FAQ’s
WHY Did you CHoose CROWDFUNDING to start?
The sales cycle is the same for any new product or product category. Early adopters are the first that will support our product. Why not give early adopters an extra benefit of a huge discount for their support? Also, crowdfunding helps with order quantities to keep costs efficient with minimal waste. The drawback is you aren’t able to get product right away, but get the reward when the project is funded, sometimes still to be designed, manufactured and finally shipped. We have taken the addition financial risk to manufacture before the 30 day Kickstarter campaign. We are committed and eager to getting a Rope-Pal as fast as possible on your boat! WE WERE SUCCESSULLY FUNDED ON KICKSTARTER IN 5 Hours! Thank you to all of our early backers!!
WHEN WILL THEY BE AVAILABLE?
LIMITED STOCK NOW AVAILABLE! ORDER NOW!!
WHY THIS PRICE POINT?
Benjamin Franklin said, "a penny saved is two pence clear" also said “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.” We treasure our boats, let’s ensure we continue to select quality over cost.
With new products there is a triangle - Quality, Price and Speed. Whichever is the primary focus, the other two will not be as strong. The other two don't go away, however you manage around the lead choice. We are choosing to make a premium product and focus on quality. This device is built and designed to work every time and last for years of wakesurfing to come.
In the grand scheme, this is a few tanks of gas for a lot of time and hassle savings. We now have “competition” at $2,500+!
On a more serious note - safety. One Urgent Care visit from a rope injury will be more costly and a lot less fun.
WHY ARE THERE 2 REELS?
The FIRST reel is to retract and reset the handle. The SECOND reel takes up the slack that would otherwise drag in the water and disrupt the surf wave.
CAN YOU CHANGE SIDES (Regular or Goofy)?
That's one of the best parts - No. You can leave it on the boat driver's side (starboard) and all riders can be picked up and surf their wave of choice. We are proponents of keeping all riders on the drivers (starboard) side so they can be seen at all times. If you must use the port side, yes - it also works there.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A BEGINNER RIDER ISN'T ABLE TO USE IT?
Simply unclip the system and use your rope (and teaching skills) just like before...
